How to track driver license expirations in Dumpster Controls

The Drivers page doubles as a compliance board: it counts, colors, and sorts your team by license expiration so nobody drives on an expired license unnoticed.

  1. Read the counters

The top of the "Drivers" page shows four clickable counters: "Total Drivers", "Active", "Expiring Soon" (expires within 30 days), and "Expired". Click one to filter the list.

  2. Read the license pills

Each row's "License Expiration" column shows a colored pill: green "Valid", amber "Expires in {n} days", red "Expired", or gray "No license on file". The list sorts by expiration so the most urgent drivers rise to the top.

  3. Filter by license state

The license dropdown offers "All Licenses", "Valid", "Expiring Soon", "Expired", and "No license on file".

  4. Act from the driver's profile

Open a driver to see the banner: "Driver license expired {n} days ago.", "Driver license expires today.", or "Driver license valid. Expires in {n} days." Expired banners include an "Update Expiration" button that opens the edit form on the license step.
