Tresha answers a lot, but she deliberately does not do everything. Knowing her boundaries keeps expectations right for every role on your team.
Tresha used to be read-only. Since August 2026 she also executes day-to-day completions (deliveries, pickups, landfill runs), tested in production, but never silently: every action produces a confirmation card and nothing changes until you tap Confirm on it. Creating orders, swaps, relocations, and ALL money actions (refunds, charges, prices) remain outside the chat. If you prefer Tresha fully read-only for your company, support can turn actions off.
Tresha only answers with data your role can already see in the app. Roles without the Finances module do not get revenue answers, and roles without the Customers module do not get customer details.
A driver asking "What should I deliver today?" gets their own route and stops, not the whole company's board. Company-wide questions are reserved for office roles.
The vendor portal does not include Tresha. She is available in the company app and in the driver app.
The chat carries the reminder "AI suggestions, verify details." For decisions that matter, confirm the numbers on the module's own screen.
Your roles differ. Access to each data area follows the same module permissions as the rest of the app. Ask your admin if your role should have that access.
