How Tresha's limits and role-based access work in Dumpster Controls

Tresha answers a lot, but she deliberately does not do everything. Knowing her boundaries keeps expectations right for every role on your team.

    1. 1

      Tresha is read-only

She reports and explains, she does not act. Tresha will not create orders, assign drivers, complete tasks, send invoices, or change any data. When you need to act on something she told you, do it in the module itself, for example Dispatch, Orders, or Invoicing.

    2. 2

      Answers follow your role

Tresha only answers with data your role can already see in the app. Roles without the Finances module do not get revenue answers, and roles without the Customers module do not get customer details.

    3. 3

      Drivers see their own scope

A driver asking "What should I deliver today?" gets their own route and stops, not the whole company's board. Company-wide questions are reserved for office roles.

    4. 4

      Vendors do not have Tresha

The vendor portal does not include Tresha. She is available in the company app and in the driver app.

    5. 5

      Verify important numbers

The chat carries the reminder "AI suggestions, verify details." For decisions that matter, confirm the numbers on the module's own screen.

    What happens next

    • Everything Tresha reads is limited to your own company. She never mixes data across companies.

    Troubleshooting

Tresha declined to answer a question a coworker can ask.

Your roles differ. Access to each data area follows the same module permissions as the rest of the app. Ask your admin if your role should have that access.
