Complete deliveries, pickups and landfill runs from the chat

Tresha now executes the day-to-day completions of your operation, so you can run your route or your dispatch board from the chat, without opening the task screens. Tell her a stop is done, in your own words, and she finds the real task, shows you a confirmation card, and completes it exactly the way the app would: same database writes, same order status changes, same notifications, same audit trail. The feature is tested in production on real orders and live for every company; our team can turn it off per company if ever needed.

    Before you start

    • An open task (delivery, pickup, landfill run or special task) assigned for today or late, linked to an order.
    • Drivers can complete only their own tasks; admins, supervisors and dispatchers can complete any open task in the company.
    1. 1

Tell Tresha the stop is done

Type or speak naturally: "mark order 1042 as delivered", "finished the pickup at Smith", "dumped at the landfill, mark it done". If more than one open task matches, Tresha lists the candidates and asks which one you mean. Only tasks scheduled up to today can be completed from the chat; future-dated tasks stay in the app.

    2. 2

      Review the confirmation card

Tresha never completes anything from text alone. She posts a card in the chat with the real order number, customer, dumpster size, address and date. Nothing has happened yet at this point: the card is a proposal, and it expires after 10 minutes if you do not act.

    3. 3

Add photos if you want them

The card has Camera and Upload buttons. Photos are optional for deliveries and pickups, exactly like in the app, and they get the same GPS and date stamp the driver app applies. If you confirm with no photo at all, Tresha asks "Complete without any photo?" first, with buttons to go back and add one.

    4. 4

Landfill runs ask for the receipt, and Tresha reads it

Completing a landfill run asks for the net weight in tons, the landfill cost, and the dump ticket photo, whether a driver or the office confirms it. Weight and cost are required; the photo is recommended. Attach the ticket photo and Tresha reads it with AI vision, filling in the weight and cost for you to check. If the photo cannot be read, the fields stay open for manual entry. You can also submit without the photo: Tresha asks "Submit without the receipt photo?" first, and then saves the weight and cost without the ticket image, the same way the driver app handles a lost receipt. Receipt photos are stored unstamped in higher resolution so the numbers stay readable.

    5. 5

      Tap Confirm

The action runs under YOUR user account, through the same server functions the app buttons call. That means all the normal effects happen: the task completes, the order advances, the customer notifications fire, landfill tasks get created after pickups, and an audit log entry records that the action came through Tresha. If the task was already completed meanwhile, Tresha treats it as done instead of failing.

    6. 6

If something goes wrong, report it in one tap

If an action fails or does something unexpected, the card shows a "Report a problem" button that opens a support ticket already filled with the action details. Tickets are answered within 24 hours on every plan.

    What happens next

    • Swap and relocation tasks, and creating new orders, are not chat-executable yet: those still live in the app.
    • Tresha still answers everything she answered before: schedules, routes, revenue, inventory, customers, and the manual itself.

    Troubleshooting

Tresha says no matching open task was found.

She only proposes tasks that are assigned or in progress, linked to an order, and scheduled for today or earlier. Check the task exists on the dispatch board, is not completed, and is not dated in the future. Drivers only see their own tasks.

    The confirmation card expired.

Cards expire after 10 minutes as a safety measure. Ask Tresha again and a fresh card appears with the current state of the task.

    Can I confirm by voice?

No, and that is intentional: executing an action always requires a tap on the Confirm button, so nothing runs from a misheard phrase.

Why can Tresha not refund or charge a customer?

Money actions are excluded by design. Refunds, charges and price changes stay in the app screens built for them, with their own confirmations.
