How to use Tresha as a driver in Dumpster Controls

Drivers get their own Tresha: same chat, same voice, focused on your own deliveries, pickups, and schedule.

    Before you start

    • A driver account signed in to the driver app.
    1. 1

      Open Tresha from the menu

In the driver app, open the account menu and tap "Ask Tresha". The chat opens with the greeting: "Hi, I'm Tresha ๐Ÿ‘‹ Your operations copilot. Ask me about your deliveries and pickups today, or your scheduled orders. Or tap a suggestion below to get started."

    2. 2

      Use your suggestion buttons

Under "Operations" you get "What should I deliver today?", "What's on for tomorrow?", and "What does my week look like?". Tap one to ask instantly.

    3. 3

      Ask about your day

Type or speak questions about your own stops, for example what is left today or what is scheduled this week. Voice works exactly like in the office app: tap the microphone, speak, and hear the answer back.

    What happens next

    • Your answers cover your own assignments, not the whole company's board.
    • Company-wide topics like revenue, invoices, and customer details are not part of the driver experience, so those suggestion buttons do not appear for you.

    Troubleshooting

I asked about company revenue and Tresha would not answer.

That is expected. Driver accounts get answers about their own work. Company-wide financials are reserved for office roles.
