How to manage a truck's photos in Dumpster Controls

Four photo slots document the truck's condition from every side, which is handy for insurance and for spotting new damage.

    1. 1

      Open the "Photos" tab

On the truck's detail page, click "Photos". You get one slot per side: front, right, left, and rear. Empty slots say "Click to upload".

    2. 2

      Upload a photo

Click an empty slot and choose the image. To swap a photo, click the filled slot and pick a new file; it replaces the old one.

    3. 3

      View it full screen

Hover a photo and click the expand icon to open it in a lightbox. Click the X or anywhere outside to close.

    4. 4

      Remove a photo

Hover the photo and click the trash icon. A toast confirms "Photo removed".

    What happens next

    • The "Overview" tab's "Photos" card shows the same four slots with the "{x}/4 uploaded" counter.
    • The wizard's "Photos" step ("Front", "Right Side", "Left Side", "Rear") edits the same slots.

    Troubleshooting

The new photo looks like the old one.

Uploads replace the file in place and the page refreshes the image automatically. If the browser still shows the old shot, reload the page.
