The "Maintenance" card logs every service on the truck, predicts the next one, and can send the cost straight to your expense books.
On the truck's "Usage" tab, find the "Maintenance" card and click "Add". Pick the "Service" type ("Inspection", "Brakes", "Tires", "Engine", or "Other") and the "Date".
"Mileage" pre-fills with the truck's known odometer. Add the "Cost", the "Vendor", and "Notes" if you want them on the record.
"Repeat after (miles)" and "Repeat after (months)" set when the service is due again. Fill one or both.
Click "Save". A toast confirms "Maintenance recorded" and the entry appears in the list with its date, mileage, and cost.
Entries with a cost show a "Post to Finances" button. Click it to book the amount as a company expense; a toast confirms "Posted to Finances" and the entry shows an "In Finances" check so it is never posted twice.
Cost and mileage must be plain positive numbers. Fix the value and save again.
The button only appears on records that have a cost. Entries already posted show "In Finances" instead.
