Booking with the price on the screen
Every account has a hosted booking page from day one and a widget to embed on your own site. The customer enters a ZIP and an address, drags a marker on a satellite map to the exact drop spot, picks Homeowner or Contractor, a size with its included tonnage and price, a delivery date, a 3, 7, 10 or 14 day duration and a debris type. The summary updates as they go, so the total is never a surprise. Paying stores the card for later charges such as overweight fees and sends a confirmation to the customer and a notice to your team, both by email and text. Delivery, with proof the office can show
A delivery in the driver app is four moves: On My Way, which starts a driving timer for dispatch; navigate; I've Arrived; then the required After Delivery photo and slide to complete. The photo is stamped with date, time, location and company name. Pickups work the same way with Before and After Pickup slots, and every photo lands in the order's gallery the moment it uploads. When a customer says the can was never delivered, the answer is a stamped photo, not a conversation.

Every order gets a no-login portal at a secure link, delivered by text: a step tracker, the delivery and pickup dates, the address and the timeline. If the customer finishes early, they pick a new pickup date in two taps; if they need the can longer, the portal quotes your per-day extension price and they choose how many days. Both requests wait for your approval. Extra days that used to be given away, or argued about at pickup, become a priced request the customer started.
Communication that stays in one inbox
Before the booking, the chat bubble on the booking page lets a visitor ask a question; the conversation lands in Messages and your reply shows on their screen live.
