How your Canadian account shows CAD everywhere

Once your company country is Canada, the whole platform follows: a Canadian flag badge in the header, and CAD amounts across booking, invoices, emails, PDFs, dashboard and profit reports.

    1. 1

      Spot the flag badge

The app header shows a Canadian flag with "CAD" next to it (US companies see the US flag with "USD"). The same badge appears next to the country selector in Account, under Company.

    2. 2

      Customer-facing money is in CAD

Invoice emails and PDFs, payment reminders, estimates, extra-charge receipts and the public invoice page all show C$ amounts. Your booking page charges in CAD on your own Stripe account, and the fee shown to customers is the Canadian rate.

    3. 3

Your reports are in CAD too

The Dashboard revenue chart, the Orders P&L page and the Finances (CAD) view read your Canadian payments directly, so every paid CAD order shows its real revenue.

    4. 4

      SMS compliance is built in

Customer texts go out from the registered toll-free number, and a customer who replies STOP is unsubscribed automatically from future broadcast messages.

    What happens next

    • If any screen still shows a plain $ for your CAD amounts, it reads the same number, only the symbol is being updated; the charged and refunded values are always CAD.
