Every pin on the Dashboard map encodes status and urgency. This guide decodes the colors, pulses, and badges.
Teal pins are "Scheduled" (awaiting delivery), green pins are "Active" (delivered and on site), and orange pins are "Pickup Due". Each pin is labeled with the dumpster size.
A gentle pulse means the delivery or pickup is due today. A red halo with a red "!" badge means it is late. A green aura with a star badge marks a new order created in the last 24 hours that has not been delivered yet.
The card shows the size, a status badge, the customer, the address, and "Del:" and "Pick:" dates. Late pins add a red note like "Delivery late, should have been delivered 08/05/2026 (3 days ago)"; due-today pins show "Delivery due today" or "Pickup due today"; new orders show "New order, not delivered yet". You also get the distance and estimated drive time from HQ.
Drivers appear as truck-shaped pins with their initials. A green dot means live tracking (position reported within 5 minutes); a gray pin means the driver was last seen up to 30 minutes ago, and clicking it shows how long ago.
Your headquarters shows as a dark square "HQ" badge. Nearby landfills show as brown "LF" circles with a star-rating row above them. Stored full dumpsters use a dark warehouse-colored pin. Junk removal jobs have their own blue pins. Dense areas cluster into a numbered black circle; zoom in to expand it.
The map plots the dumpster's drop coordinates when the driver recorded them, and otherwise geocodes the delivery address. Orders with no usable address cannot be plotted.
