The "Select Payment Method" section of the new job form offers three ways to get paid, and the choice shapes what happens the moment the job is created.
"A secure payment link will be sent to the customer. Stripe processes the payment." The invoice goes out with a pay-online link, and the job stays unpaid until the customer pays. Automatic payment reminders are scheduled for unpaid invoices.
"Use for cash, Zelle, bank transfer, or other manual methods." The panel highlights that cash, Zelle, check, and other manual payment orders are 100% free on all plans, with zero processing fees. You mark the job paid yourself later.
"Enter customer's card details over the phone. Payment is charged immediately and the job is created as paid." A card form appears under the payment buttons; the charge runs when you confirm the invoice preview, and the invoice is recorded as paid on the spot.
The "Processing fees" tooltip shows the structure: "2.99% + $3.99" on "Pay Per Order" and "2.99% + $0.30" on the "Unlimited Plan". Cash orders never carry fees.
Your Stripe payout account is not finished. Click either button to open the "Stripe Account Required" dialog and complete the setup from there.
