The "Support Center" tab gets your question straight to the team: "Business hours Florida time. We usually reply in a few minutes. Guaranteed within 24 hours."
In the Account Center, click "Support Center" in the "Engage" group. The tab opens on "New Ticket". (An "App Manual" card also sits here; click "Open Manual" for the complete guide to all Dumpster Controls features.)
Fill "Subject" with a brief summary of your issue (placeholder: "Brief summary of your issue"). If you leave it blank, the ticket is titled after its category.
"Category" offers "Billing", "Orders", "Drivers", "Bug", and "Feature Request". "Priority" offers "Low", "Normal" (the default), "High", and "Urgent". For a technical problem, choose "Bug".
Write the details in "Message" ("Describe your issue..."). The more specific you are about what you clicked, what you expected, and what happened, the faster the fix.
Click "Attach File" to add screenshots or documents. The limit reads "Up to 5 files · 10 MB each", and images, PDFs, and common office files are accepted. Remove a file with the X on its row.
Click "Send Ticket". A toast confirms "Ticket created": "Your support ticket has been sent to [email protected]", and the screen switches to "My Tickets" where your new ticket shows as "Open".
The "Message" field cannot be empty. Describe your issue and send again.
Each file must be 10 MB or less, and a ticket holds at most 5 files. Compress large screenshots or split them across a reply.
