CRO covers roll-off, portable sanitation, septic and scrap metal in one system, and its dispatch is "built for permanent routes and same-day changes" with auto-dispatch of permanent routes and a "Third-party hauler app for outside fleets". That is the right shape for a hauler who also runs collection routes. Dumpster Controls dispatches per order and does not cover portables or septic.
You need a documented public API today, or QuickBooks Desktop
CRO publishes a developer API at docs.crosoftware.com with roles for third-party dispatchers and drivers, and syncs QuickBooks Online and Desktop. Dumpster Controls has a public REST API and QuickBooks Online only; if you need Desktop or third-party-fleet API roles, CRO has them now.
You have a large office and few trucks
A base fee plus a per-truck fee with "Unlimited users in the office" means a dispatch-heavy office does not pay per seat. Dumpster Controls is also unlimited users, at $0, but if your comparison is against a per-seat vendor, CRO's model is the friendlier one.
