What Reservety costs
Reservety publishes four plans on its pricing page, checked 2026-09-24: "Starter $59 /mo" (2 staff accounts, concierge setup in 3-5 days), "Professional $99 /mo" (15 staff accounts, QuickBooks integration, POS, priority setup in 24-48 hours), "Hibernation $15/mo" for the off-season and "Operations From $179/month, scoped per business". There is a 14-day free trial with no card, month-to-month billing, "0% Commission Fees", and card processors charge their standard rate "(~2.9%)". Xero is a "$29/month" add-on. Reservety Inc. was founded in 2019 in Bacău, Romania, and reports about 90% of its 500+ customers in the United States. Capterra and Software Advice still show older plan names and prices ($28, $78, $188) that no longer match their site.
Dumpster Controls takes the opposite approach: the software is free, with unlimited orders and unlimited users, and the only cost is card processing when a customer pays by card, 2.99% + $3.99 per transaction on the free plan, or 2.99% + $0.30 on the optional $169/month Unlimited plan. Pay by cash, check or any other method and there is no fee at all.

A driver app in the stores, with live GPS
Reservety's driver app "Runs on Any phone"; no App Store or Google Play listing was found on 2026-09-24, and live GPS tracking was not found on their site as of the same date. Dumpster Controls ships a native iOS and Android app with Truck Tablet Mode and shows each driver's live position from the phone.

That is $708 to $1,188 a year at their published plans. Dumpster Controls costs $0, and QuickBooks Online sync is free rather than reserved for the $99 tier.
