The Notifications tab is a short list of three switches, one per real notification the platform sends you. Each choice is personal: it changes what YOU receive, not what your teammates receive.
In the Account Center, click "Notifications". The header reads "Choose what notifications you receive and how."
The first switch controls the push notification the office app sends when a new order or junk removal job comes in. Turn it off and new work stops buzzing your phone; it keeps flowing into the app as usual.
The second switch controls the emails about Dumpster HUB activity: a partner accepted your order, is on the way, gave it back, or a payout was split. One exception on purpose: if a HUB listing for an order due today expires without a partner, that "action required" email is always sent, because money and a real customer are waiting.
The third switch controls the emails you get when our team replies to a support ticket or its status changes. In-app updates on the ticket keep working either way.
There is no save button. Each switch saves the moment you flip it; if saving fails, the switch flips back and a message asks you to try again.
Preferences are per person. Each teammate controls their own switches from their own account.
Turn "Support ticket updates by email" back on. You can always read replies inside the app under Account Center, Support.
They were removed. The platform does not send per-event SMS to your team, and notifications now go to each user's own account instead of a shared list.
