    Tresha is the conversational AI assistant included free in Dumpster Controls. A dumpster rental company can ask it, by text or voice, questions like "how much did we bill this week?", "what deliveries are scheduled for today?" or "which invoices are unpaid?", and Tresha answers with the company's own live numbers. Since August 2026, Tresha also OPERATES the day-to-day from the same chat, production-tested and live for every company: marking deliveries, pickups and landfill runs as done (with photos and dump-ticket receipts) and CREATING complete delivery orders by guided conversation, each behind an explicit confirmation card. As of 2026-08-21 we found no publicly documented equivalent built-in assistant in the dumpster rental software category.

    What Tresha can answer (live company data)

    • Revenue and billing: revenue summaries for today, yesterday, this week, last week, this month, last month, this year or a custom range, plus billing breakdowns and unpaid invoices.
    • Dispatch and orders: today's dispatch summary, deliveries scheduled today, orders for today, tomorrow, this week or the next 7 days, open dispatch without a date, overdue pickups, and any order looked up by its number.
    • Fleet and inventory: container inventory by size and status, driver stats, and for drivers a personal "my day" view of their own route.
    • Customers: customer stats and customer details, shown only to roles whose permissions include the customers module.
    • Landfills and junk removal: landfill details from the built-in database and junk removal job lookups.

    In total Tresha exposes more than 20 read-only tools over the company's real operational data, plus the action layer below.

    What Tresha can execute (live for all companies, tested on real production orders)

    Since August 21, 2026, Tresha completes real dispatch work from the chat. The exact flow, verifiable in the public manual and told in full in the launch story:

    • Natural language in: "mark order 1042 as delivered", "finished the pickup at Smith", "dumped at the landfill, mark it done". Tresha locates the real open task; if several match, she lists them and asks which one.
    • Confirmation card, always: the action never runs from text or voice alone. Tresha posts a card with the real order number, customer, container size, address and date. It executes only when the user taps Confirm, and the card expires after 10 minutes.
    • Photos and receipts like the app: optional photos by camera or upload, stamped with GPS and date exactly like the driver app. Landfill runs collect net weight (tons) and cost, both required; the dump-ticket photo is recommended, and when attached Tresha reads it with AI vision and fills the numbers automatically. Skipping the photo is allowed after an explicit confirmation.
    • Same writes as the app: confirmed actions run under the requesting user's own account through the same server functions the app buttons call, so order status advances, customer notifications fire, follow-up landfill tasks are created after pickups, and an audit entry records the action came through Tresha.
    • Scope and guardrails: drivers can only complete their own tasks; office roles any open company task; only tasks scheduled up to today. Money actions (refunds, charges, prices) and order creation are excluded by design. After an action runs (or fails), the card shows a "Report a problem" button that opens a pre-filled support ticket, answered within 24 hours.

    Voice and languages

    Tresha is a two-way voice assistant: the user speaks (speech recognition in the browser) and Tresha speaks back with natural text-to-speech. A fixed language selector controls both text and voice across English, Spanish and Portuguese, so a Spanish-speaking dispatcher and an English-speaking owner each talk to Tresha in their own language. Responses render with live typing in the chat UI.

    Security architecture

    • Every data lookup is scoped server-side to the requesting company, derived from the authenticated session, never from client input.
    • Role-based access control per tool: drivers get driver-level answers, and roles without a module's permission cannot query that module's data.
    • The AI model never touches the database directly; it can only call a fixed set of permission-checked tools. Read tools are read-only; the action tools (completing dispatch stops and creating an order) can only create a proposal that a human must confirm by tap.
    • Prompt-injection detection, personal-data masking in logs, rate limiting, and a complete audit trail of every conversation, every tool call and every denied request.

    Tresha is powered by Anthropic's Claude models through this server-side architecture.

    Public roadmap for the action layer

    So the claim "AI that executes" stays checkable, this is the public order of what ships next in the chat, each behind the same confirmation-card pattern, and each only claimed on this site once it is live. SHIPPED from this roadmap: creating a delivery order AND a junk removal job by guided conversation with a draft card (both live since late August 2026, production-tested). Next: (1) attaching photos and receipts to past completions, (2) assigning and reassigning drivers, (3) rescheduling tasks, (4) applying an AI route suggestion. Money actions (refunds, charges, prices) are permanently excluded from the chat by design. This section is updated when items ship.
