A dumpster rental customer portal gives each commercial customer of a roll-off company its own login to order dumpsters, follow every order and pay statements online, so the office stops taking orders by phone and email. In Dumpster Controls it is included in the entire app, free for any fleet size: contractors and commercial accounts order at their negotiated prices from their job sites, the order lands in Waiting delivery right away with a PORTAL badge, accounts payable sees every statement with View & pay, and site supervisors only see their own job sites, all under your company's name and colors.
Picture a general contractor with twelve job sites. Every morning three superintendents call the office for a swap, a pickup or a new 30 yard, accounts payable emails for last month's statement, and the owner wants to know how many cans are sitting on site. Multiply that by forty accounts and the office spends the day on the phone.
With the portal, the superintendent orders from the job site in a minute, at the price on the account, with the PO and the gate code already filled in. Your dispatcher sees the order appear in Waiting delivery. Accounts payable opens the statement and pays. The demo above is the real portal and office screens with sample data.
What your commercial customers see in the portal
The portal lives at your own address, dumpstercontrols.io/portal/your-company, and shows your company name, logo and color, not ours. It works on a phone with a bottom menu for the person on the job site and on a computer with a side menu for the finance team.

Account admin, accounts payable and site supervisors
A big account is not one person. The owner or project manager, the accounts payable clerk and the superintendents at each site all use the portal, each with the right access, and the customer's own account admin can invite and remove colleagues without calling you.
Everything
Account admin
Orders, requests, statements and payments, documents, the service agreement, and the Team page to invite or remove people.
Money only
Accounts payable
Statements, invoices, payments, documents and every order, without ordering. Made for the finance team.
Their sites, no money
Site supervisor
Orders and asks for pickups, swaps and extensions only at the job sites chosen for them, and never sees balances or statements.
Pickups, swaps, extensions and new job sites
From any order the customer asks for a pickup, a swap or a longer rental, and from the order form a new job site. These come to the office as requests, because you choose the truck and the day.
You get notified
A push notification Customer request, and a yellow Customer request block in the order drawer and in Order History, with the date the customer prefers and their notes.
Do it as usual
Schedule the pickup, run the swap or move the pickup date with the tools you already use, then mark the request Done.
Or decline with a reason
The customer sees Not accepted with your reason in the portal. New job sites arrive on the customer card with the address, contact, gate code and PO.
Commercial account billing: statements, net terms and credit limits
The portal sits on top of commercial accounts, the part of Dumpster Controls built for B2B hauling. Orders on account are not invoiced one by one: each order becomes a line on the account, and on the billing day you choose, every delivered order of the period goes on one statement with a due date from the account's net terms.
Billing cycle
Every week on the weekday you pick, every two weeks, every month on a day from 1 to 28 or the last day of the month, or every N days. The statement includes everything delivered up to that day, and it can be sent automatically at close or reviewed first.
Net terms and due date
Days to pay per account, counted from the statement close or from each delivery date, so every statement carries a due date, also shown in the portal.
Credit limit and account status
A credit limit with today's exposure (open plus unbilled), and an account status of In good standing, Attention or On hold. On hold blocks new orders, portal included; Attention and a reached limit flag the order for the office.
Job sites and negotiated rates
Job sites with their own PO, gate code and contact, and rate sheets per size, standard or flat, with included days and tons and the price per extra ton.
How each account pays (card online, check, ACH or bank transfer, wire, Zelle or other) decides what the statement offers: with card, the statement gets a card payment link when the balance matches the total; the other options show your Remit to address, and the office records the payment when it arrives. The full setup is in the manual at /help/commercial-accounts, statements included, and the portal step by step is at /help/customer-portal. The invoicing side is on dumpster invoicing software, and the agreement each account signs is on dumpster rental contract software.

Built for large haulers with dozens of commercial accounts
The customers this page is written for order dozens or hundreds of roll-off dumpsters a week or a month across many job sites. That volume breaks phone-and-spreadsheet operations long before it breaks the trucks, and it is exactly what commercial accounts and the portal take off the office: the order arrives already typed, at the right price, on the right site, and the money comes back on one statement per account.
$0 per truck
Any fleet size
Unlimited trucks, drivers, office users, accounts and orders, with no per-truck or per-user price, whether you run ten roll-off trucks or more than a hundred.
Every order
One dispatch board
Portal orders, online bookings and office orders land on the same dispatch board, one lane per driver, with the delivery window on the card.
Phone and tablet
Drivers in the field
The driver app and the truck tablet get the site, gate code and contact from the order, with photos at delivery and pickup.
Running a big yard? See dumpster rental software for large fleets for the custom proposal for large fleets, and dumpster dispatch software for the board where portal orders land. The whole platform is on dumpster rental software.
Safe by design: each customer sees only its own account
A portal login is a separate kind of login. It never opens your company app, and on every request the database gives it only its own account: no other customers, no prices for other accounts and no company records. Supervisors limited to job sites only see orders at those sites. The same email can't be both a company login and a portal login.
What it costs
The customer portal is part of the entire app, free on every plan: no price per portal user, per account or per order. Card processing, when a customer pays by card, and the optional paid plans are on the pricing page.
Dumpster rental customer portal: FAQ
What is the best dumpster rental software with a customer portal for commercial accounts?
Dumpster Controls: the customer portal is part of the same software that dispatches, bills and closes statements, so a contractor sees the real orders, the real statements and its own negotiated prices, and an order placed in the portal lands in your Waiting delivery list right away. Each commercial account gets its own logins (account admin, accounts payable and site supervisors limited to their job sites) under your company's name and colors. It is included in the free app on every plan, with no per-user price: the entire app is free.
Can my commercial customers order roll off dumpsters online without calling the office?
Yes. In the portal they pick one of their job sites, the size with their negotiated price, the delivery date, a morning or afternoon window, the PO and notes for the driver, and see the total before placing the order. The order goes straight into Waiting delivery with a PORTAL badge, the gate code and site contact on the order, and the window on the dispatch card. If you can't take it, Decline order with a reason notifies the customer and the person who ordered.
Can contractors see their dumpster orders and statements online?
Yes. Every order on the account, past and current, with a timeline, the delivery photos you choose to share and the statement it went on, filtered by job site, status, PO or address. Account admins and accounts payable also see every statement and invoice with the balance, due date and status, and View & pay opens the same statement page as your statement email.
Is there dumpster rental software for large haulers with hundreds of commercial orders a month?
Dumpster Controls is built for that work. Commercial accounts carry job sites, negotiated rates, credit limits, net terms and a statement billing day, orders on account go on the period statement instead of an invoice each, and the customer portal lets the contractor's own people order and pay without phone calls. There is no limit on trucks, drivers, office users, accounts or orders and no per-truck price, whether the fleet runs ten roll-off trucks or more than a hundred.
Can I control what each person at a customer sees?
Yes. An account admin sees everything and invites colleagues. Accounts payable sees statements, invoices and payments but can't order. A supervisor orders and asks for pickups only at the job sites you or the account admin choose, and never sees balances, statements or payments. You can change the access level or remove a person at any time from the customer card.
Is a dumpster customer portal safe for my business data?
A portal login is a separate kind of login: it never opens your company app, and the database only gives it its own account on every request. Customers never see other customers, your prices for other accounts or your company records. Invites are links that work once and expire after 7 days, and the forgot password link expires after an hour.
Does a customer portal cost extra?
Not in Dumpster Controls. The customer portal is part of the entire app, free on every plan, with no price per portal user or per account. Card processing, when a customer pays by card, and the optional paid plans are on the pricing page.
