That is $1,188 to roughly $3,600 a year before a second login. The card fee deserves one honest sentence. A company taking a lot of small card payments pays more per transaction on the free plan than on a flat 2.9% + 30 cent rate, which is exactly what the Unlimited plan is for: above roughly 46 card payments a month the $169 pays for itself, below it the free plan is cheaper. You choose whether the customer pays the fee, your company absorbs it, or you split it.
The first afternoon
Signing up is a name, an email and a password, under a minute, no card. One truck: the cab is the office
On a phone, Dispatch is an overview with three counters, No driver, Assigned and Late, and one-tap assigning. Tresha, the built-in assistant, creates a complete delivery order by chat or voice: customer, size from your inventory, price with your defaults, dates, address, driver notes and payment choice, then a confirmation card; nothing is created until you tap Confirm. The same person is the office user and the driver, marked Also a Driver, and runs the stop from the app: On My Way, I've Arrived, a stamped photo, slide to complete.
Two to five trucks: the first hire gets a login for free
The first driver you invite gets a branded email, and a text if a phone is on file, with a Set Your Password button and links to the App Store and Google Play. The Dispatch board grows one lane per driver, drag a card into a lane and the phone buzzes. Three office roles, Admin, Supervisor and Dispatcher, cover the person who answers the phone while you drive. None of it changes the price, which is the part most small companies check twice.
