    Tresha AI Assistant

Ask questions about your own live operation, by text or voice, and get real answers back in seconds.

Tresha is the AI assistant built into Dumpster Controls. Open her from anywhere in the app and ask questions in plain language, like "What should I deliver today?" or "How much did I bill this week?". Tresha answers with your company's own live numbers: revenue, unpaid invoices, today's dispatch schedule, orders, dumpster inventory, customers, drivers, landfills, and junk removal jobs.

You can type your question or speak it. Tap the microphone button, talk, and Tresha transcribes what you said, answers on screen with live typing, and reads the answer back out loud. Questions you type are answered in text only. A language selector at the top of the chat switches Tresha between English, Español, and Português for that conversation.

Quick suggestion buttons under the chat header, grouped as "Operations" and "Finance & admin", let you ask common questions with one tap. The buttons you see match your role: admins see everything, office roles see operational and billing shortcuts, and drivers see shortcuts about their own schedule.

Tresha also executes day-to-day dispatch work, tested in production on real orders: tell her a stop is done and she completes the delivery, pickup, or landfill run for you, straight from the chat. She never acts on her own. Every action shows a confirmation card with the real order details, and nothing touches your data until you tap Confirm on that card. Money actions (refunds, charges, prices) are deliberately excluded. Every answer and every action is scoped to your own company and to what your role is allowed to do.

    Frequently asked questions

Can Tresha teach me how to use a feature?

Yes. Ask her a how-to question in plain words, for example "How do I connect Stripe?" or "How do I block holidays in online booking?". Tresha searches the official Dumpster Controls manual, answers with the real steps, and gives you a link to the full article. If the manual has no article on that topic yet, she says so instead of guessing.

    Can Tresha create orders?

Yes. Office roles can create a complete delivery order OR junk removal job by chat or voice: Tresha collects customer (with fast numbered search and quick-create), size from your inventory, price with smart defaults, tax and fuel surcharge, dates, address, driver notes and payment choice, then shows a confirmation card. The order is only created when you tap Confirm, it runs under your own login and permissions, and it appears on the dispatch board with its invoice like any other order. Card numbers are never accepted in chat. Junk jobs use your load-fraction template prices (quarter to full truck) and morning/afternoon time windows.

Can Tresha change my orders or my data?

Only with your explicit confirmation, and only for day-to-day completions: marking deliveries, pickups and landfill runs as done, with photos and receipts, through a confirmation card you tap. She never edits data from text alone, never creates or cancels orders, and never touches money (refunds, charges, prices). Everything else stays read-only.

Why do I see fewer suggestion buttons than a coworker?

The quick suggestion buttons are filtered by your role. Admins see the full "Operations" and "Finance & admin" groups. Supervisors and dispatchers do not see the revenue shortcuts. Drivers see only shortcuts about their own schedule, such as "What should I deliver today?". If a whole group would be empty for your role, it is hidden entirely.

    What languages does Tresha speak?

The globe selector at the top of the chat offers English, Español, and Português, and it controls the language of Tresha's replies in that chat. When you ask by voice, Tresha detects the language you actually spoke and answers, in text and out loud, in that same language.

Why is there no microphone button in my chat?

The microphone button only appears in browsers that support audio recording. If your browser cannot record, the button is hidden and voice input shows "Voice input isn't supported in this browser." A current version of Chrome or Edge is a safe choice.

Can Tresha see other companies' data?

No. Every answer comes from your own company's data only, and it is filtered by your role. A driver gets answers about their own deliveries and pickups, while an owner or admin gets company-wide answers.

Why did Tresha say she is getting too many requests?

The message "I'm getting too many requests right now. Please wait a moment and try again." means you hit the request limit. Wait a moment and ask again. If you see "Sorry, I'm having trouble connecting right now. Please try again in a moment.", check your internet connection and retry.
