Your command center: live KPIs, a fleet map, revenue at a glance, driver status, and operational alerts, plus the sidebar and header that take you everywhere else.
The Dashboard is the first screen owners and dispatchers see at /app/dashboard. The top row shows four KPI cards: "Deliveries", "Pickups", "Landfill Runs", and "Junk Removal". Each card is a live count of open work, with small sub-counters like "today", "late", and "tmrw", and clicking a card jumps straight to the matching tab in Operations.
Below the KPIs, the "Active Locations" card draws your whole operation on Google Maps under a "Live Fleet View" badge: scheduled orders, dumpsters on site, pickups due, junk jobs, stored full cans, your HQ, live driver positions, and nearby landfills. A "Layers" button lets you toggle each layer on and off and set the landfill search radius.
The money side lives in two places: the "Monthly Revenue" chart compares the last 6 months of "Received", "Invoiced", "Unpaid", and "Expenses", and a weekly card shows "Revenue for the current week" against "Revenue for the previous week". An eye button masks every dollar figure when someone is looking over your shoulder.
The right column also tracks your team and your risks: a "Drivers" panel with online status and license expiry, and an "Alerts" card that surfaces late work, overdue invoices, expiring licenses, maintenance, and incomplete setup. The same alerts feed the bell icon in the header, which is visible on every page of the app.
They break the total down by urgency. "Deliveries" and "Pickups" show "today", "late" (in red), and "tmrw" counts. "Landfill Runs" shows "en route", "stored", and "late". "Junk Removal" shows "scheduled". Click the card to open that list in Operations.
Hover the info icon next to "Monthly Revenue" for the built-in explainer: "Received" is cash that came in this month (it may include payments for older invoices), "Invoiced" is invoices created this month, and "Unpaid" is the total still unpaid for orders created in that month (base + overweight + extra charges), matching the UNPAID card in Order History. Each month stands alone, with no carryover.
The map triages for you. A calm pulse means a delivery or pickup is due today. A red halo with a red "!" badge means it is late; clicking the pin shows the date it should have happened and how many days ago. A green aura with a star badge marks a brand-new order (created in the last 24 hours) that has not been delivered yet.
Click the eye button on the "Monthly Revenue" chart or on the weekly revenue card (tooltip: "Hide financial values"). Every dollar amount on the Dashboard, including the overdue invoice totals in the Alerts card, is replaced with dots. Click it again ("Show financial values") to bring the numbers back.
Driver pins come from the driver mobile app's live location. A colored truck pin with a green dot means the driver reported a position in the last 5 minutes. If the last position is older, the pin turns gray and clicking it shows how many minutes ago the driver was seen; after about 30 minutes without an update the pin disappears until the app reports again.
On very narrow screens the "Active Locations" map and the "Drivers" panel are hidden so the KPIs and alerts stay readable. On mobile the sidebar shows an extra "Operational Map" item that opens a full-screen version of the same live map.
