Bin rental software runs a bin rental company from the customer's booking to the landfill receipt: the order with its dates, the dispatch board, the driver app, every bin by serial number and the invoice with card payment. Bin is the Canadian and northern-US word for a roll-off dumpster, and Dumpster Controls runs the same product under both names, in Canadian dollars on a Canadian Stripe account or in US dollars on a US one, free for any fleet size.
In Ontario and Alberta, and from Minnesota across to Maine, the roll-off dumpster is a bin, the truck is a bin truck and the company is a bin rental company. The work is the same loop a Florida hauler runs: deliver an empty bin, pick it up full, tip it at a landfill or transfer station that charges by the tonne, invoice the customer. Everything on this page is the same product described under the other name at roll-off dumpster software. What changes for a Canadian company is the money, the postal codes and the landfill list.

What bin rental software runs, bin by bin
An order carries the customer, the address, the bin size, the dates, the debris type, the price and the placement note. From creation it holds both of its tasks, its photos, its payment breakdown and its timeline.
Operations
Every active order sorted into Waiting Delivery, Waiting Pickup and Waiting Landfill, with Late, Ready and Scheduled computed from the dates rather than set by anyone.
Dispatch
A board with an Unassigned pool and one lane per driver. Dragging a card into a lane sends the driver a push notification and a text.
Bins by serial
Every bin is a unit like 20YD-01 with a status, a condition and notes, under a size that carries its prices for 24 hours, 3, 7, 14 and 30 days, the included tonnage and the per-tonne overage.
The bin follows the order
The driver picks the bin he dropped by list or by scanning the QR sticker, so a bin at a customer site shows its order number on the Inventory page.

How we make money: only when you opt in, and the numbers are public. The software is free with unlimited orders and no per-order software fee. If you choose to collect a customer’s card payment through Dumpster Controls, the processing fee is 2.99% + $3.99 per card transaction on the free plan, or 2.99% + $0.30 (the standard Stripe rate) on the optional $169/month Unlimited plan. Take payment by cash, check, Zelle or any other way and you pay nothing at all. Beyond that, our revenue comes from the optional Unlimited plan and from equipment partners and sponsors advertising in the app and on our public directory; our marketplace, the Dumpster Net Hub, charges zero marketplace fees. Run your own business your way and you never pay to use the software. It’s the only model that lets a 1-truck owner-operator run on the same software as a 50-truck fleet.
Bin rental software in Canada
The country setting is the switch. The money is born in Canada and stays there: charges are created on your own Canadian Stripe account, Stripe deposits to your Canadian bank, and there is no conversion and no US account in the path.

In Settings, before connecting Stripe. Fill the address with the real province code (ON, QC, BC, AB, MB, SK, NS, NB, NL, PE, YT, NT or NU) and the postal code. - 2

Stripe onboarding creates a Canadian account. The header shows a Canadian flag with CAD next to it. - 3
#### 03. Everything follows
The booking page accepts A1A 1A1 postal codes and geocodes them inside Canada for the delivery radius check. Booking, invoices, payment links, card-by-phone, saved-card fees, refunds, the dashboard, Orders P&L and Finances are all in CAD, and the holiday list for blackout dates is the Canadian one.

Bin rental app for drivers: App Store and Google Play, unlimited drivers
The "bin rental app" search is usually a driver, or the owner buying for drivers. The Dumpster Controls app is on the App Store and Google Play, in English, Spanish and Portuguese, free with unlimited drivers.
A delivery is four moves
On My Way, I've Arrived, the stamped photo and the bin picked by serial, then slide to complete.
A pickup creates the dump run
Picking up a full bin creates the landfill run by itself. At the scale house the receipt scan reads the net weight and the total off the photo onto the order.
Truck Tablet Mode
On a tablet mounted in the truck the app is paired to the truck, drivers switch by PIN, and the day is cached on the device so it keeps working through the dead zone at the landfill.
Bin rental business software: the owner's screens, in your currency
The owner's screens are the same in both countries, with the currency switched. Finances shows net profit first, then Received, Invoiced, Unpaid and Expenses against the previous period.
