Run your Canadian hauling company end to end: customers pay in Canadian dollars straight into your own Canadian Stripe account, and the money never crosses the border.
Dumpster Controls is fully operational for Canadian companies. The platform is the same one American haulers use (dispatch, driver app, online booking, invoicing, customers, landfill costs, Tresha AI), with one important difference in how money moves: Canadian companies charge customers directly on their own Canadian Stripe account, in Canadian dollars. The money is born in Canada, stays in Canada, and Stripe deposits it to your Canadian bank account automatically.
Every payment surface works in CAD: public online booking with Canadian postal codes (A1A 1A1), invoices and payment links, card-by-phone charges at the counter, saved cards for returning customers, extra fees such as overweight, and refunds. Your Finances page shows everything in Canadian dollars, including exactly what Dumpster Controls charged in fees.
Canadian pricing is transparent and itemized. The software itself is 100% free, the same as in the United States: no monthly fee, no per-order fee, no contract. When a customer pays by card, the charge carries two fees, both deducted automatically: the Stripe Canada processing fee (2.9% + C$0.30 for domestic cards) and the Dumpster Controls fee of 0.5% + C$2.00 per transaction. If you refund a payment in full, the Dumpster Controls fee is returned too.
One honest limitation: the Dumpster Net Hub marketplace (where companies resell and accept orders from each other) is available in the United States only for now. Canadian companies see a clear notice instead of Hub actions. Everything else in the platform works in Canada today.
No. Charges are created directly on your own Canadian Stripe account in Canadian dollars. The money never passes through a US account and there is no currency conversion. Stripe pays out to your Canadian bank on its standard schedule.
The software is free: unlimited orders, trucks, drivers and customers. Card payments cost the Stripe Canada processing fee (2.9% + C$0.30 for domestic cards) plus the Dumpster Controls fee of 0.5% + C$2.00 per transaction. Cash and check payments cost nothing. You can choose whether the customer pays the card fee, your company absorbs it, or you split it.
Not yet. Today you enter taxes per order or invoice using the tax field, the same way you would on paper. The amounts you enter flow through invoices and reports normally; the platform just does not derive the provincial rate for you automatically.
Not yet. The Hub marketplace is available in the United States only for now, because its escrow and split-payment machinery runs in US dollars. Canadian companies see a clear notice instead of the Hub buttons. The rest of the platform is fully available.
Yes. The landfill database includes a curated set of Canadian landfills and transfer stations across the provinces, verified against official municipal and provincial sources, with the same favorites, ratings and price reporting as the US database. If your local facility is missing, use Suggest Landfill and it is available to your company immediately.
