Module guide
A B2B marketplace where verified dumpster companies trade orders: list a job you cannot run, or take a nearby order from another hauler and get paid on delivery.
The Dumpster Network Hub is a marketplace built into Dumpster Controls where verified companies hand work to each other. If a paid order lands outside your reach or your trucks are full, list it on the Hub with your asking price and another verified company delivers it. If you have spare capacity, browse orders near you, accept one, and it drops straight into your own operations as a normal order.
Money is the Hub's backbone. There are no hub fees: the company that executes the order receives the full asking amount, and the only platform cost anywhere is the standard card processing fee of your plan, charged once when a card payment is processed. All payments run through Dumpster Controls. Funds are held in escrow and released after the executor confirms delivery, and cash transactions are not allowed.
Access is gated for everyone's safety. Before your company can sell or take orders, you complete a short authorization: upload your W-9 Form, Certificate of Insurance, and Business Registration, sign the Network Hub agreement, and submit for review. Once approved, a "Hub Authorized" badge appears and a welcome tour walks you through the marketplace.
Privacy is built in on both sides. A listing shows only the city, state, and ZIP until it is accepted, the customer's name is masked, and companies appear to each other as "Verified Network Member". The exact delivery address is shared with the executor only after acceptance, and only to deliver the job.
Yes. Until your company is authorized, the Hub shows a banner reading "Network Hub Authorization Required" and listings display an "Access" button instead of "Take". Click "Request Authorization", upload the three required documents (W-9 Form, Certificate of Insurance, Business Registration), sign the agreement, and submit. While the review runs you see "Under Review", and once approved the header shows a green "Hub Authorized" badge.
There are no hub fees. Pricing screens show "Hub Fees ($0)" and the executor receives the full asking amount. The only cost anywhere is the standard card processing fee of your plan, charged once when a card payment is processed, exactly like a regular order.
Funds are held in escrow while the order is in progress. After the executor delivers and confirms delivery with a photo, the escrow releases and the executor is paid the full asking amount. The "Financial Overview" tab and the "Escrow" column track each order as "Pending", "Held", "Released", or "Refunded".
Every listing has a countdown you choose when publishing ("Return if not accepted within" 6, 12, 24, or 48 hours; same-day orders are capped at 4 hours). If the timer runs out, the order automatically returns to your account and the operations board flags it with "Hub Expired · Action required". If you prepaid the funding for an owner-funded listing, that payment is refunded.
Yes, through owner funding. When the customer's money is not on the platform (paid in cash or check, or not paid yet), the sell flow shows a "You pay today" panel: you prepay the executor amount by card, plus your plan's standard processing fee, and the listing goes live once the payment succeeds. Junk removal jobs are the exception: only card (Payment Link) junk jobs can be listed.
No. Listings show "Exact address hidden until accepted", the customer name is masked, and both companies appear as "Verified Network Member". As the detail view explains, company identities are protected to ensure fair payouts and prevent bypass of the platform. The delivery address is shared with the executor only after acceptance.
