The Account Center is home base for your profile, company details, plan, security, referrals, and support.

The Account Center gathers everything about you and your company in one place. A left-hand navigation groups the tabs by theme: "Account" (Profile, Company, Team and Permissions), "Billing" (Billing and Plan, Resource Usage, Payment Methods), "Payments" (Configure Payouts), "Marketplace" (Dumpster HUB Marketplace), "Settings" (Notifications, Appearance), "Engage" (Referrals, Support Center), "Security", and "Danger" (Cancel Subscription). On the phone, the same tabs sit in a scrollable bar at the bottom of the screen.

"My Profile" holds your personal information: name, phone, job title, photo, timezone, and language, while "Company Profile" holds the business identity that appears on invoices, quotes, and your Marketplace profile: logo, name, address, website, and EIN. Both save with a single button.

The "Billing and Plan" tab is where the pricing lives. The Free plan is the entire app, free forever, and the optional lower card rate plan (named Unlimited in the app) at $169/month drops card processing to the Stripe price of 2.99% + $0.30 and adds a Sponsored spotlight in the public Company Directory. The "Security" tab covers your password, two-factor authentication with an authenticator app, trusted devices, and active sessions.

When you need a human, the "Support Center" tab opens a ticket straight to the team, with attachments, priorities, and a thread of replies you can follow inside the app. And when you know another hauler who could use the platform, the "Referrals" tab gives you a personal link to share by email or text message.

Is Dumpster Controls really free?

Yes. The "Billing and Plan" tab states it plainly: "The entire app is free." The Free plan is "$0", "Free forever", with "The entire app, every feature" and "Unlimited orders, trucks, drivers and users", and no credit card is needed. Online card payments carry a processing fee of 2.99% + $3.99, and cash orders are always free.

Why can't I change my email address in My Profile?

The Email field is read-only, with the note "Email is used as your login and cannot be changed here." Every other profile field (name, phone, job title, timezone, language, photo) can be edited freely.

When does the optional paid plan pay for itself?

The optional lower card rate plan (named Unlimited in the app) costs $169/month and drops the processing fee on online card payments from 2.99% + $3.99 to 2.99% + $0.30, which the plan card sums up as "Save $3.69 on every single payment. 50+ orders a month? The plan pays for itself." The plan also adds the Sponsored spotlight in the public Company Directory, higher public API volume and Crew Pay settlements. Nothing you need to run the business is behind it.

How fast does support reply to a ticket?

The Support Center header says it directly: "Business hours Florida time. We usually reply in a few minutes. Guaranteed within 24 hours." After you send a ticket, a confirmation shows "Your support ticket has been sent to support@dumpstercontrols.io", and replies appear inside the ticket's "Conversation", where you can answer back and even reopen a resolved ticket.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

The Cancel Subscription tab lists it before you confirm: "Your account will be suspended immediately", "Online Booking goes offline", "Drivers lose mobile app access", and "You can reactivate anytime by choosing a new plan". Cancellation requires typing CANCEL to confirm, so it cannot happen by accident.

Do my referrals cost my friend anything?

No. The Referrals tab says it up front: "The entire app is free for them, no credit card." Your referral history tracks each invited company through the "Pending", "Qualified", and "Rewarded" statuses.
