Module guide
Plan every driver's day on one board: assign stops, reorder routes, and watch trucks move on a live map.

Dispatch is the daily planning board for your drivers. The left panel, "Unassigned Tasks", is the pool of work waiting for a driver. Each driver gets a lane showing their stops for the selected day, in the exact order they should run them. Deliveries, pickups, landfill runs, junk removal jobs, and custom special stops all live on the same board.
Assigning work is fast: drag a card from the pool into a driver's lane, or click the "Assign" button on any card and pick a driver from the "Assign to…" sheet. The moment you assign a task, the driver gets a push notification (and an SMS for order tasks) on their phone. Tasks that are in route, completed, or waiting as a full dumpster are locked so nobody moves work that is already happening.
The board is live. It refreshes in real time when drivers start, reorder, or complete stops, and it shows a "Reordered by" toast when a driver changes their own route. A summary strip shows totals for assigned and unassigned tasks plus "Upcoming:" chips for future days that already have work scheduled.
The "Map" panel turns the plan into a picture. Click "View route" on a driver's lane to see their stops numbered on Google Maps, with route legs colored by destination: green for delivery, orange for pickup, brown for landfill, and black for the leg back to HQ. Solid lines mean the truck is carrying a dumpster; dashed lines mean it is running empty (bobtail). The driver's truck appears as a live marker, and each stop shows drive time and an estimated arrival.
That is a preview card, marked "NEXT" with the note "Auto-created after pickup completes". It reminds you that once the pickup is done, the full dumpster still needs a landfill run. It becomes a real task after the pickup completes. To decide where it goes, open the driver's route map and use "Set landfill" to pick the destination for that order.
Tasks showing "IN ROUTE", "COMPLETED", or "FULL DUMPSTER" are locked (a small lock icon appears on the card). You will see "Task is in progress, cannot reassign" or "Completed task cannot be moved" if you try. This protects work a driver is actively doing. Wait for the task to finish, or for in route tasks, coordinate with the driver first.
Yes. Assigning from drag-and-drop, the "Assign" button, or the task details sends a push notification to the driver's phone, titled "Task Assigned" (or "Junk Job Assigned" for junk jobs) with the address. Order tasks also trigger an SMS to the driver.
The task's date has passed and it is not completed. Late tasks automatically carry forward onto today's board so they are never lost, and the pool groups them under a "Late" section header. On mobile, the overview shows a red "Late" counter.
Line color shows where the truck is heading: green for "Delivery", orange for "Pickup", brown for "Landfill", and black for "Back to HQ". Line style shows the truck's load: solid means it is carrying a dumpster, and the legend explains "Dashed: truck empty (no dumpster)". Completed legs are dimmed so your eye goes to what is left.
Delivery and pickup tasks are generated from your orders, junk removal jobs come from the Junk Removal module, and you can create custom stops yourself with "Add Special Stop" (fuel stops, yard runs, HQ returns, landfill runs). Everything shows up on the same board.
